AUE provides high quality multi-vendor ultrasound service at an affordable price with a typical saving of 25% against equivalent OEM service contracts.  

Whether you have one system or one hundred systems, we offer a range of contract options tailored to your needs and your budget. We use only genuine OEM parts. Our engineers are the best in the business, in fact AUE has trained other Independent Service Organisations (ISO) and OEM multi-vendor service engineers for years, and we continue to do so.

Our MVS contracts are designed to minimise your costs and maximise scanning time. We can normally even offer this service for older systems that are no longer supported by the OEM. We offer ONE point of contact and ONE, easy to manage, contract. ONE system or ONE Hundred systems, we can help.

We have a dedicated Customer Service Team waiting to help and advise you. We sell our services direct, and NHS clients have the option of accessing our multi-vendor ultrasound service contracts through NHS Frameworks.

We understand that scanning time is precious.
Our Customer Service Team will work closely with you to maximise scanner availability. This includes scheduling preventative maintenance visits that suit you and also ensuring corrective call-outs are urgently managed to completion. Our Customer Service Team will keep keep you informed at every stage and ensure a detailed service report is delivered within a working day.

MHRA

Our Service Centre works in the background to help our customers comply with applicable MHRA guidance.  The maintenance management system used by our Customer Service Team is closely aligned to processes and systems used throughout the NHS.  Our record keeping is fully compliant with MHRA guidelines and we monitor product safety notices for systems we maintain for you.
